Please review this Site's Privacy Policy to confirm your agreement with such terms. - Price Quotes and Pricing
Any price quotations provided by us on or through this Site shall be valid for the period stated on the Site or in the quotation. If no time period is stated, then the price charged for an order will be the price in effect the day we accepts the order.
- Order Processing and Orders
Barring problems contacting credit bureaus and financial institutions, orders are typically processed the same day as entered. By placing an Item order through this Site, you represent and agree that you are buying the Items solely for your own use, and not for resale. Orders placed on this Site are not binding until accepted by us, via e-mail order confirmation or otherwise in writing. Orders for Items purchased online are subject to prior review and approval of your credit card.
- Prices, Shipping and Handling Charges, and Taxes
Item prices shall be identified on the on-line order form at the time of your order placement. We may change Item prices at any time without notice. Prices do not include charges for shipping and handling, and applicable taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the invoice. As all items and services will either be shipped from Belize or provided there we are required to collect local sales tax.
- Payment Terms
Payment for Items shall be made by credit card. Credit card payments are subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing your credit card, and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. Currently for payment we take MasterCard, Visa and Paypal payments. No payment information is collected on our web site.
- Scuba Diving Cancellations / Refunds
A valid scuba diving certification card from a recognized certifying agency MUST be presented before engaging in any scuba diving services we offer.If for any reason you must cancel your scuba diving or instruction ordered with us, you must inform us immediately. All cancellations that are made where we have received payment will be subject to a $25.00USD fee to cover the cost of administration and any credit card processing charges incurred by us.
If for any reason we must cancel the scuba diving or instruction ordered with us, we will refund 100% of your payment made. Further, we will provide you with every effort to make alternate arrangements should you chose.
- Weather
We specifically reserve the right to cancel any diving or instruction due to weather. We do this with you and our safety in mind. While some other diving operators may chose to offer local diving in these conditions we are very conservative in our policy to cancel.
